1) They Started Out As A Handmade Jewelry Business
To fund the capital for their first batch of clothing, the duo started out by crafting beaded accessories for friends and family that turned into mass orders.
Although they concentrate on their apparel business now, their handcrafted accessories still remain many of their regulars go-to gift shopping items. All their accessories are made to order and are still available upon request!
2) Their Warehouse Started Out At The Back Of Their Friend’s Shop
Being young and fresh into the market, having a place to store their stocks was a big problem. From storing a few pieces from their first collection at home, they have amassed more than thousands of apparel that needed a bigger space.
With the help of great friends and a stroke of luck, they started holding their stocks and setting up a small area for Facebook Live in a small room at the back of their friend’s motorbike shop.

With four collections under their belt now, every collection boasts a different theme. From casual wear to office wear, from pretty dresses to toga crop tops – they cover almost every occasion that you might find yourself in.
Don’t think that they only sell female apparel. Their oversized tees are a hit with the guys too!
4) Every Parcel Comes With A Handwritten Card And Hand-Stamped Wrapper
To add that personal touch, every single parcel sent out includes a handwritten letter. I don’t know about you, but it’s been a long time since I’ve touched a pen, much less read a handwritten note.
According to the duo, they started writing these notes to sincerely thank their customers for supporting a small business like them, where endless options are available. Maybe that’s where they got their loyal following from?
5) The Co-Founders Are Real-Life Husband And Wife!
XTCO is proudly made up of a two-man team, from their handmade jewelry-making days to selling on Facebook Live. Somedays, you may even see both of them riding their motorbike to send their parcels to you!
