Health is wealth as we all say. We are slowly changing our eating habits and opting for healthier options instead. Though there are many cafes and eateries offering healthier options in their menu, nothing beats home-cooked meals.
Now that stricter rules are being implemented, most of us are working and schooling from home. There is a certain urge, telling me to start eating healthy and lead a healthier lifestyle. I have started counting my calorie intake and prepping my meals. Thus, choosing the right ingredients is important.
Lucky for me, there is an increasing number of grocery stores selling natural and healthy goods. Let’s look at some of these grocery stores!
Scoop Wholefoods
Scoop Wholefoods was actually the first store I went to searching for organic and healthy goods. I went there with my family and I got excited the moment I stepped into the store. There are so many things available for purchase.
The amazing thing about Scoop Wholefoods is that you can scoop as much product as you like. All you have to do is get one of their provided paper bags and a pencil. Scoop out the item you would like to purchase and into the bag. You will then have to write down the product number onto the paper bag for easy checkout.
There are also other products such as Himalayan salt, nut butters and honey, already packed for you. The most excited part of the store is that they also have a section for organic personal care products such as shower gels, shampoo, body scrubs and more. This is great for an organic personal home spa too!

The Source Bulk Foods
Similar to Scoop Wholefoods, The Source Bulk Foods takes on the same approach. You scoop out the amount that you want and place them into the provided bags. I feel that this is a great way to engage with customers. It allows flexibility for customers to get the amount they need to stock up their pantry.
You can get a wide range of items, from nuts to chia seeds. Up your cooking game with the wide selection of herbs and spices they have to offer. Grab some snacks such as chocolate, protein balls and more. Apart from food items, you can also choose from their wide range of personal care products.
