Are you a big fan of seafood? Fresh fish, prawns, shellfish, you name it! I am a huge fan of seafood. Cereal Prawns is my favourite dish with those crunchy, buttery prawns – so good! Calling all seafood lovers out there to head down to Singapore’s first floating restaurant!

Singapore’s First

Smith Marine is Singapore’s first floating restaurant. It is a modern kelong, located between Pulau Ubin and Changi Point Ferry Terminal, serving the freshest seafood. Plus, it is Halal certified. For those who wish to break fast with some good seafood, this one’s for you!

Due to its unique location, Smith Marine might be an ideal for corporate events and social gatherings, from birthdays to product launches.

Proposed Itinerary

Dinners can plan their trip based on their proposed itinerary. You can hop onto the ferry at about 11.00am for their early lunch and 12pm for their late lunch. Fancy a meal with a view? Board the ferry between 3pm to 4pm for dinner and enjoy the freshest seafood along with a beautiful coastal line.

Let the sea breeze rush through your hair as you take amazing images for the gram. It is such a great place to relax and unwind with your family and friends. To head back to shore, simply contact the boatman half an hour before leaving the restaurant.

Fresh Seafood

Here at Smith Marine, diners get to catch their own fish (snapper or seabass) at their ‘Sure Catch’ pond. Rods and baits are provided for diners to catch their fish. They can either choose to have it cooked to be eaten at the restaurant ($35) or bring it home for scrumptious homemade dishes ($15).

Apart from that, diners can also enjoy other dishes such as Chilli Crab, Steamed or Cereal Prawns, Salted Egg Squid, Sambal Kangkong and more. Set menus are available with prices ranging from $280 to $680 depending on the number of dishes and diners.

Reservation

As Smith Marine is located in the middle of the sea, diners are required to order their meals, tables and ferry three days in advance. Diners are required to book for the 2-way journey for $100 to go to the restaurant.
