LiHO has been around in Singapore since 2017 and have been serving up ridiculously good cups of cheese topped bubble tea ever since. It has recently been announced that they will be launching a new menu on May 6 2021 that will replace the previous one. Unlike most menu changes, the one LiHO is changing to will include an entirely refashioned line-up.
Instead of the previous categories:
- Say Cheese
- LiHO Royal Milk
- Exquisite Blend
- Classic Milk Tea & Milk Drink
- Fresh Lemon & Vitagen
- Hand Brewed Tea
The new menu will be categorised into 6 signatures:
- Ice Cream Tea
- Fresh Milk Tea
- Fruitea
- Milk Fruitea
- Lit Coffee
- Mightea
3 out of the 6 new signatures are entirely new additions to the menu while the rest are just renamed categories. The new addition to the menus focuses on speeding up and cutting down the LiHO experience, from ordering to receiving the drink. Some of the newly introduced drinks already comes with toppings, which means a shorter buying process and less decision making for the consumer.

The drinks under this section will come with a delectable twist we have gotten used to…Cheese!
Instead of the savoury foam, the cheese will be served in a form of an ice cream on top of the drink thus, the name.

This is LiHO’s new line of coffee that will be brewed with a medium roast Blend of Ethiopia, Brazil and beans from Laos. This combination of beans is supposed to deliver a smooth mouth feel and bold taste to the palate.

This a line of “beverages with health benefits beyond their nutritional value” say LiHO. With the name of the category being a play on words to sound like the word “mighty”, this category looks like an attempt to make bubble tea a healthy drink. Instead of being good for your body in terms of its nutritional value, it is supposed to positively affect your body’s system and mind similar to traditional medicine.
I can’t say for sure, if the ‘Mightea’ drinks are actually good for you, so we will just have to wait and see. Although, there are some options made with caffeinated beverages (Red Bull) in this category (wriggles eyebrow).
If you want the option to freely tailor your drinks to whatever you are feeling contrary to what LiHO is going for, there is still and option to ‘Build Your Own Drink’.

The new line up seems interesting with the additions of cheese ice cream and coffee. Not to mention the health concept that seems farfetched. You will be able to purchase from the new menu starting from the 6th of May 2021. Head on down to your nearest outlet now but don’t forget to ensure a safe distance between you and the next avid LiHO fan.
