Wine Connection invites everyone to experience a new chapter of wine appreciation with its newly revamped menu, expertly crafted to pair with its diverse wine selection. Developed in close collaboration with sommeliers, the menu features dishes designed to complement the flavors of different wines.
Each dish is conceived with careful consideration of how the flavours will enhance the wine and includes beloved classics enjoyed by loyal customers, bringing a touch of nostalgia to the new offerings.
Bar bites now include additions like Fried Octopus with Squid Ink Mayo ($12.90) and Crispy Morning Glory ($10.90) that is deep-fried and served with Thai chili sauce.
Another notable item is the One Mouth Soft-Shell Crab ($11.90), presenting crispy baby soft-shell crab tossed in chili paprika and served with a tangy cucumber yogurt dip.
Also noteworthy is the Lamb Sausage in Arrabiata Sauce ($12.90) as well as the Patatas Bravas Con Bacon ($11.90) that combines the smokiness of bacon with potatoes, topped with Sriracha mayo and garlic aioli.
For tapas (only available at the Robertson Walk outlet), new dishes include Stuffed Peppers ($9.90) that are marinated and stuffed with fresh burrata cream and the Classic Chorizo & Potatoes in Red Wine Sauce ($11.90).
Other highlights include Beef Bresaola with Grana Padano ($12.90), topping crispy bread with beef bresaola, rocket and Grana Padano cheese, Spinach Flan with Gorgonzola ($9.90), as well as a Crostini with Brie & Anchovies ($12.90) topped with fresh brie and whole anchovies.
Hot mains include the Pork Roulade ($25.90) that comes with persillade potatoes, broccolini, cherry tomato confit and red wine sauce alongside improved classic dishes like Fish & Chips ($25.00) and the Ham & Mushroom Pizza ($20.00).
All-time favourites continue to delight, such as the BBQ Pork Ribs ($26.00) that is slow-cooked and coated with a house-made barbecue sauce and the back by popular demand Burrata Pizza ($25.00) topped with heirloom tomatoes and rocket.
