Wildfire Burgers is back with a fresh appearance and an overhauled menu. The flagship outlet at Robertson Walk introduces a comprehensive menu featuring eight enhanced burgers, succulent steaks, sides with a punch, and an extensive selection of beverages.
The beef burgers lineup has been elevated, featuring multi-award-winning Stone Axe wagyu patties sourced fresh daily from the neighborhood butcher, Butcher Box.
These patties are hand-prepared and charcoal-grilled to perfection with a blend of Japanese Binchotan and hickory wood. The burgers are then nestled between artisanal brioche buns from Bakery Brera, promising juiciness, meatiness, and unmatched flavour.
Their new Stone Axe wagyu patty range includes:
- Classic 101 Cheeseburger (Single $16 | Double $20) – Stacked with American cheese, beer pickled onions and gherkin, house-made master sauce and chipotle mayo.
- Triple Bacon (Single $19 | Double $23) – Topped with bacon jam, crispy bacon and baconnaise as well as indulgent double cream brie.
- Truffled Mushroom (Single $18 | Double $22) – Truffled mayonnaise, sauteed mushrooms, Monterey Jack cheese and beer-pickled onion.
- French Onion (Single $19 | Double $23) – Sweet lashings of crispy onion, caramelised onion puree and Gruyere cheese.
On the menu as well are non-beef options as follows:
- Ottoman Lamb (Single $19 | Double $23) – White Pyreness grain-fed lamb patty with eggplant caviar, fennel tzatziki, crumbled feta, Spanish onions and hummus.
- Black Halibut (Single $18) – Beer-battered Norwegian black halibut with cheddar cheese, dill tartar sauce and pickled onions.
- Hot Honey Butter Chicken (Single $18) – Hot and spicy golden fried chicken thigh with whipped Sriracha honey butter, crispy bacon and a drizzle of master sauce.
- Portobello & Friends (Single $18 | Double $22) – Oven-smoked portobello mushrooms, sauteed mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, zucchini and crumbled feta.
Accompanying the burgers are a selection of salads that include Chopped Caesar Salad ($13), Wedge Salad ($13) and Classic Coleslaw ($6).
Sides are aplenty with Gochujang Mac & Cheese ($12), Salt & Vinegar Fried Onion Rings ($8), Nacho Cheese Fries ($10), Signature Chicken Fries ($8) and Tater Tots ($8).
For those craving more meaty goodness, the menu offers the Portoro MB2+ ($38) and Wagyu MB5-7 ($60) both accompanied by Bordelaise sauce, French fries, and green salad.
To complement the delectable offerings, the drink menu boasts classic cocktails, house signature cocktails, wines from the USA and France, and a variety of beers, both by draught and bucket.
Non-alcoholic options include hand-crafted milkshakes, smoothies, and fresh juices.
