Inspired by Chef Masahiro Takada’s vision of grilling a whole steak, this innovative menu comes to life with the use of premium charcoal and aromatic smoking wood to cook Wagyu. Available in either sirloin (500g $180, 1kg $335) or tenderloin (250g $135, 500g $245), each one-inch slice is meticulously seasoned with a touch of salt.
Chef Takada’s culinary expertise shines through in the creation of this steak, delivering a distinctive smoky flavour, a crispy charred exterior, and a juicy interior that collectively elevate the dining experience.
Treat your taste buds to enticing appetisers from Wagyu X’s new menu, featuring the exquisite Chilled Truffle Somen – pasta drizzled with truffle kombu sauce, mirin, soyu, and a touch of sake, accompanied by ikura and your choice of scallop ($26) or uni ($34).
