Located away from the city’s hustle and bustle, Verandah Pool Bar & Grill provides patrons with a captivating hideout, accompanied by the soothing presence of an infinity pool.

There is a circular bar and grill counter adorned with cascading greenery, while comfortable seating areas encircle the space, where guests can admire the lively Alexandra cross junction with the scenic Southern Ridges at the backdrop.

The ultimate pool dining experience, against the backdrop of a mesmerizing sunset, The Verandah Sundown ($98++ for 2 adults) brings a feast to you directly on a floating tray complete with six delectable bar bites and a choice of up to four alcoholic beverages, which will be exclusively available from 23 June 2023.

Available from 4pm to 10pm daily (last order at 8pm). Each reservation slot is limited to 2 hours, including usage of the Reflection Pool.

Alexandra’s Allure – Bourbon infused with luscious honey and rich butter for 18-hours. This meticulously crafted blend is then carefully distilled and elevated with a tantalising touch of cinnamon smoke that delicately envelops the drink.
Fables of Faber – Inspired by the iconic Singapore Sling, this cocktail combines orange and rosemary-infused Cointreau and Hendricks gin, beautifully garnished with mini cubes of dehydrated pineapples, smoked rosemary, and a slice of dehydrated pineapple.
Sundown on Queenstown – A spicy and refreshing ice-blended delight that offers a balanced twist on the classic tequila sunrise, expertly crafted with 10-to 12-hour jalapeno-infused tequila, house-made chilli syrup, sour plum, and rimmed with chilli flakes.
Gillman’s Garden – Inspired by the apple vodka martini, this cocktail is adorned with ethereal dry ice, and garnished with edible flowers.
