Now set to be available in Singapore from 26 February to 30 April 2024, this plant-based, seasonal delight promises a unique and flavourful experience for ramen enthusiasts, alongside the Tomato Cheese Chicken Karaage and Sparkling Tomato Mocktail.
Sink your teeth into the Vampire Tomato Tonkotsu Ramen – where the classic tonkotsu meets the tantalising twist of tomato soup. But hold on to your capes, because slightly thicker, flat noodles is used to set it apart from IPPUDO’s global signature Shiromaru and Akamaru noodles that’ll have you batty for more!
Don’t forget about the devilishly delightful toppings of the Vampire Tomato Tonkotsu Ramen, featuring crisp cheddar cheese crackers, thick-cut aburi bacon and garlic cherry tomatoes.
Your ramen experience isn’t complete without IPPUDO’s Signature fork-tender cha shu and onsen tamago alongside rocket leaves, cabbage and a dollop of IPPUDO Chef Original Tomato Paste. Spice enthusiasts can kick it up a notch further with black pepper that is available upon request.
Savour the sides with the new Tomato Cheese Chicken Karaage – a delectable fusion of deep-fried chicken coated in IPPUDO’s original tomato paste and crowned with melted mozzarella cheese.

Do note that IPPUDO Marina Bay Sands will exclusively retail only the ala carte Vampire Tomato Tonkotsu Ramen and will not offer the Tomato Cheese Chicken Karaage and Vampire Tomato Juice.
