From now till 26 December 2022, bring your family and friends for a host of heart-warming and joy-bursting times of fun! The Capitol Kempinski Christmas Market at Capitol Singapore’s Outdoor Plaza will play host to over 50 different merchants for all your festive shopping needs.
From christmas trees, unique handicrafts, accessories, beauty and home & living products and more, partake or bring home festive delicacies such as wines, artisan European country loaves, and Christmas tarts, cookies and hampers that can be shared with your family and friends.
Taking centre stage is the Capitol Kempinski Singing Tree that will be brought to life by Christmas carollers from the Voices of Singapore and Emerge Arts & Media Academy. Enjoy live singing between 2 – 26 Dec 2022 every Fri – Sun from 7.30pm – 8pm and 8.30pm – 9pm.
Mid-week and weekend live performances by local bands and string quartets alongside the magical snowfall is not to be missed as well. Popular bands who will be performing between 7pm – 7.30pm and 8pm – 8.30pm at the Outdoor Plaza include Long Jam Band, The Mad Trio, Too Much Drama and The Cold Cut Duo. In this season of gifting, you can also dedicate a song to your loved ones!
In the mall, Capitol Singapore is putting the hunt on for the jolly big man himself with a Find Secret Santa hunt, where successful spottings of St Nicholas at Capitol Singapore or CHIJMES will win the shoppers a mall voucher.
Alternatively, spend $30 at Capitol Singapore and/or CHIJMES to receive a mall voucher or spend $50 at Capitol Singapore and/or CHIJMES to receive a Mighty Jaxx Funboxx Collectible worth $18.90 from their Sanrio, My Little Pony or One Piece series! CHIJMES is pulling all the stops for Christmas with its now iconic projection mapping of Christmas sceneries, CHIJMES is the perfect place for taking that annual Christmas family photo against. There will also be snowfall to complete the picture and Christmas carollers setting the mood at The Lawn.
Playing live string acoustics on the eve of Christmas from 6.30pm – 7pm will be the Spirit of Strings by Global Strings Federation of over 100 string performers of all ages, setting the stage for a flash mob around The Lawn ensuring a beautiful Christmas atmosphere for all.
