At The Curry Club Signature, Indian tradition meets modern contemporary dining as the establishment offers small plates and sharing platters, presenting tradition with a fresh twist while remaining true to authentic flavours and recipes.

Founded by Mr. Raj, a former Singapore Airlines cabin crew member who embarked on a new path in food and hospitality after being retrenched, the restaurant is a labour of love for his family and their shared passion for food.

L-R: Dosa Cone Triplets; Puri Bombs

For appetizers, look forward to the Dosa Cone Triplets ($13), which feature mini dosa batter cones filled with podi masala and a trio of gravies.

The Puri Bombs ($19) reimagines pani poori as fried parcels containing avocado relish topped with housemade pickled cucumber for the perfect crunch and flavour.

The Fire-Kissed Aubergine ($21) brings smokiness to the table, offering burnt baby aubergine with spicy heat from curry cream while the Tofu Tikki Twist ($35) is a unique take on palak paneer, substituting spicy tofu for cottage cheese, served with tempered quinoa.

L-R: Pati Poppers; FGRO Briyani

Paati Poppers ($25) offer pockets of flavour with gourmet sea bream mixed into potato patties, served with truffle Hollandaise sauce or go for a distinctive offering such as the FGRO Biryani ($37) for a biryani experience unlike any other in Singapore.

The FGRO Briyani combines tender frog legs with innovative flavours that is infused with apple wood smoke, creating a captivating sensory experience. All dishes are prepared with masala spices and all sauces are proudly made in-house, offering a unique taste that can’t be found elsewhere.

For dessert, there’s the Smouldering Sweetness ($15), consisting of burnt house-made cheese brightened with a sweet and sour blueberry compote, accompanied by a frozen paan delight.

The restaurant also offers a range of drinks that pay homage to Indian spices. The Curry Leaf Collins ($22) features vodka and housemade curry ginger, while the Spiced Cobbler ($22) offers a sweet and fruity concoction with notes of tartness.

Other specialities include The Chai Whisky ($24), Chempedak Delight ($26) and Pandan Pleasure ($18). For more information, visit https://www.thecurryclub.sg/
