What’s not to like about Thai cuisine? Tens of thousands of Singaporeans would visit the nation each year to bask in its splendour and dig into the local food scene. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to travel due to various reasons. Regardless, we may rest easy knowing that real Thai cuisine is readily available in Singapore.
Blue Jasmine is noted for its Thai classics and street cuisine staples, with a menu of shared plates bursting with fresh flavors. Phad Kee Mao Seafood and Cha Om Omelette are two of the restaurant’s signature dishes. With a wide selection of bento boxes, have a taste of all their delicious mains and sides that will guarantee you a filling meal.
Prawns, thai fish cake and a scoop of mango sticky rice are included in the Pad Thai Prawns Bento Set. For a spicy chicken alternative, try the Basil Chicken Krapao or if you are looking for a vegetarian alternative, the Basil Meat-Free Kaprao contains plant-based OmniMeat that is stir fried with snake beans and garlic along with Vegetarian Spring Rolls & Mini Mango Sticky Rice.

Ah Loy Thai is a simple Thai restaurant with a warm atmosphere. Due to the large servings intended for sharing, the dishes are on the pricier side of around S$10 and above. The Thai Pandan Chicken is a fragrant and juicy crowd-pleaser that comes highly recommended by their regulars. Or allow the Thai Garlic Pork to wow you with its delectable pungency if you have a more refined palate.
For mains, try their Seafood Glass Noodles that is full of fresh ingredients and a good amount of wok hei or opt for the classic Tom Yum Seafood Soup that will warm and nourish your stomachs.
