Fufu Pot Slurp Heroes
The Stinky Tofu ($24.90++) is a Taiwanese-inspired broth of strong tang (and smell) bolstered by marinated stinky tofu. Not for the faint of heart, this sharp and appetizing meal is enhanced with fresh seafood like tiger prawns, clams and scallops as well as minced pork and Angus beef shabu. Not forgetting the essentials, it also comes with instant noodles, enoki mushrooms and a variety of other vegetables to complete your meal.
For those who prefer something a little milder in smell, the Thai-inspired White Curry ($19.90++) is a creamy seafood based soup with an assortment seafood along with pork shabu and pork balls while the Korean Army Stew ($16.90++) has a kimchi based sour and spicy broth. Those who prefer a lighter stock can opt for their Tonkotsu Miso ($18.90++) that is especially comforting on a rainy day.
Fufu Pot Bubbly Classics
Not missing out on the usual options you can find in hotpot restaurants, the Sichuan Mala ($14.90++) is for spice lovers as the soup is made with the signature numbing heat of Sichuan mala peppers while the Collagen ($23.90++) has all the nourishment of classic bone broth and the beautifying attributes that comes with it.
Fufu Pot’s Tomato ($12.90++) soup does not lose out to its other counterparts as well with a robust sweet and sour stew while the Mushroom ($9.90++) pot is a completely plant-based option for your vegetarian friends.
