Starting the culinary journey are freshly prepared cold side dishes like the Black Fungus & Cucumber with Garlic Sauce and White Clam Meat with Fiery Mala Sauce which both packs a flavourful punch.
Other cold sides include Seasoned Jelly Fish, Century Egg Cold Tofu, Mala King Oyster Mushroom, Shredded Sea Kelp Salad and many others.
Fans of Taiwanese street food will be delighted by the hot side dishes which include the Hokkaido Crab Stick with Mentaiko ($8.90) as well as the Salt & Pepper Crispy Chicken ($10.90) tossed in a mixture of salt, pepper, and Taiwan Culture’s signature spice mix.
Other dishes include Steam Dumpling in Spicy Chilli Oil ($6.90) as well as the popular Fragrant Scallion Pancake ($8.90) that will whet your appetites for more.
The main courses at Taiwan Culture steal the show with bold flavours packed into unassuming bowls of goodness such as Beef Brisket La Mian ($16.90) and our favourite, the Sesame Chicken Collagen La Mian ($14.90) that comes with a serving of Crispy Salt & Pepper Chicken on the side.
If you aren’t sure what to get, the A3 Wagyu Beef La Mian ($25.90) features tender cuts of beef that melt in the mouth, paired with springy noodles and a flavorsome broth that warms the soul.
If you prefer rice, seafood lovers will enjoy the Seafood Omelette Rice ($9.90), which includes fresh seafood served atop a silky omelette.
Other options include Chicken Omelette Rice ($8.90) and Beef Brisket Omelette Rice ($9.90) to cater for different meat preferences.
Known for being the land of boba and desserts, Taiwan Culture completes the dining experience with delightful beverages and sweet treats.
The Red Milk Tea with Rainbow Jellies ($5.90) transports the taste buds straight to the streets of Taiwan, or get the Sour Plum Coke ($3.90) or Green Apple Jasmine Green Tea ($4.90) for a refreshing pick me up.
