Sushi Tei Launches Limited-Time Demon Slayer-Themed Menu To Delight Anime Fans

Sushi Tei has unveiled an exclusive collaboration with Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, presenting a limited-time menu inspired by the beloved anime. Fans can immerse themselves in a Demon Slayer-themed dining experience at five selected outlets: Raffles City, VivoCity, One Holland Village, NEX and Tampines 1.

Look forward to specially designed chopstick sleeves and placemats feature prominent characters such as Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and the Hashira, bringing the anime to life.

The curated menu celebrates the personalities of the anime’s characters through creative dishes that reflect their styles and favourite foods which include:

Top Left (Clockwise): Okonomiyaki; Unagi Sushi Roll; Beef Yakiniku Bento; Tempura Platter
  • Tanjiro’s Okonomiyaki ($14.80) – Savoury pancake  is adorned with spring onions and grilled seaweed to mimic Tanjiro’s iconic checkered outfit.
  • Zenitsu’s Unagi Sushi Roll ($14.80) – Inspired by Zenitsu’s love for unagi, this roll combines eel, cucumber, avocado, crab meat and cheddar cheese for a delightful mix of flavours.
  • Inosuke’s Tempura Platter ($15.80) – A crispy assortment featuring prawns, pumpkin, eggplant, long beans, ohba leaf, lotus root, and more.
  • Rengoku’s Beef Yakiniku Bento ($18.80) – Drawing from Rengoku’s legendary appetite, this bento offers pan-fried beef slices over rice, paired with a creamy onsen egg.

  • Gyomei’s Nabe ($14.80) – This hotpot dish includes chicken meatballs, mushrooms, tofu, and spring onions in a delicate dashi broth.
  • Darkness Tonkatsu ($15.80) – Muzan’s dish features a pork cutlet coated with black breadcrumbs, fried to a juicy and tender finish.
  • Uzui’s Fugu Karaage ($24.80) – For something unique, this carefully prepared pufferfish karaage combines a crispy exterior with tender flesh.
  • Muichiro’s Furofuki Daikon ($5.80) – A refreshing dish of daikon topped with miso sauce for a savoury kick.
  • Obanai’s Tororo Kombu Takoyaki ($8.80) – Obanai’s favourite, this treat features fluffy octopus balls topped with dried kelp.

  • Nezuko’s Konpeito Ice Cream ($4.80) – A playful dessert of Yuzu or Strawberry ice cream garnished with traditional hard candies.
  • Sanemi’s Botamochi ($5.80) – Glutinous rice balls coated with sweet soybean flour and red bean paste.
  • Mitsuri’s Sakura Mochi ($5.80) – Pretty pink rice balls wrapped in pickled cherry blossom leaves, delivering a tangy note.

  • Giyu’s Inspired Drink ($6.80) – This blue-hued beverage is a blend of Sprite and Blue Lagoon syrup.
  • Shinobu’s Inspired Drink ($6.80) – Similar to Giyu’s drink, this version adds pink grapefruit for a tangy twist.

Fans of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba can also bring home a piece of the anime through exclusive merchandise. From stylish chopsticks to vibrant tumblers and trendy tote bags, these items let fans proudly showcase their love for the series in their everyday lives.

As a bonus, purchasing multiple items entitles customers to a complimentary Demon Slayer-themed paper bag.

The collaboration between Sushi Tei and Demon Slayer will run from 20 November 2024 to 12 January 2025, so fans should act fast to secure these limited-edition collectibles and savour this one-of-a-kind experience and enjoy the creative artistry inspired by the Demon Slayer universe while it lasts!
