Joyeux Noel Platter (Feeds 2 pax, $180++)
Begin your meal with Carrot Soup that has been spiced with gingerbread and garnished with creme fraiche, chives and candied walnuts. A sharing appetiser of Burrata Cheese is festively dressed with orange, heirloom beetroot, frisee and basil that is deliciously creamy and delightful.
With a wide selection of meats for the main course, the sharing platter consists of an Oven-roasted Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breast with herb roulade (300g); Pan-seared Norwegian Salmon (250g); Grilled Australian Wagyu Striploin with a good marble score of MB5 (300g); and Crab Cake with cucumber radish salad (2 pieces).
For a good pairing, sides of Roasted Maple Glazed Root Vegetables and Savoy Cabbage with Bacon along with four sauces(herb butter, cranberry meat jus, Pommery mustard and chimichurri) will help to balance the meal out.
Complete the spread with individual portions of Chocolate Chestnut Tart with forest berries sorbet, pistachio and raspberry for a satisfying end.
Glad Tidings Platter (Feeds 4 to 5 pax, $480++)
To feed a family of up to 5pax, apart from the Carrot Soup and Burrata Cheese, there is also the highly anticipated Cognac-infused foie gras terrine, with brioche, apple gelee and fine salad.
The sharing main courses comprises an Oven-roasted Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breast with herb roulade (300g); Grilled Rosemary-marinated Lamb Rack (400g); Pan-seared Norwegian Salmon (250g); Grilled Australian Wagyu Striploin with a good marble score of MB5 (300g); and Prawn and Chorizo Pil Pil (5 pieces) done in Basque style that is sure to fill your stomachs.
If you are still hungry, a Sharing Cheese Plate is served alongside the Roasted Maple Glazed Root Vegetables and Savoy Cabbage with Bacon. With an international selection of Brie de Meaux (French), Stilton Blue (English) and Manchego (Spanish) cheeses, accompanied by almonds and grapes, you will be spoilt for choice before ending off your meal with the Chocolate Chestnut Tart.
Available from 17 to 25 December 2021, the Christmas menus are available for both dine-in and takeaway/delivery with a three-day advance notice at (free delivery with orders above $100).
If you would like some bubbly drinks to add to the occasion, you can also add on a Montelvini Prosecco Trevisor DOC Brut for $45++ or a Louis Roederer Champagne for $120++.
