Start off with their Dried Veg Pork Ribs Soup which is a traditional Cantonese soup that has been double boiled for over four hours to create that sweet, savoury taste of pork ribs and dried bok choy. For people who are health fanatics, this soup is perfect for you as it also nourishes the lungs.
The Abalone Treasure Pot includes an array of grandiose ingredients like 10-head abalone, chewy fish maw, juicy mushrooms, fish curd submerged in collagen-rich broth and crunchy greens. For an aromatic smoky taste, the abalone is fried until golden brown, and mushrooms are braised for four whole hours.
The Roasted Pine Nuts Olive Rice with Sakura Prawns sees steamed Jasmine rice wok-tossed with olive vegetables and generously topped with crunchy roasted pine nuts and Sakura Prawns straight from Japan. It is the absolute blend of ingredients that produces the mouth-watering aroma yet, still light on the taste buds.
Rich in Omega 3 and antioxidants, the Beancurd Skin with Broccoli & Tofu has a smooth and silky beancurd skin, crunchy broccoli and soft tofu that melts on your tongue. The tofu is made fresh from scratch daily and is deep fried until golden brown, rendering that fragrance and doused with a rich, savoury broth.
End off your meal with a refreshing Peach Gum Tang Yuan in Ginger Soup that has chewy sesame and peanut glutinous rice balls, sweet red dates and nourishing peach gum. The overall dessert is not too sweet, yet still delicious enough to enjoy to the fullest.
