These offerings will be available from now till 30th October 2023 with all proceeds donated to Dementia Singapore, an organization committed to supporting individuals with dementia and their caregivers.
The five signature dishes offered at the exceptional price of $3.20 each are as follows:
- Pearl Rice with Baby Abalone and Olive Vegetables

- Double-boiled Whole Coconut with Black Chicken Soup
A heartwarming option, this soup is prepared by slowly simmering black chicken for four hours inside specially selected young whole coconuts.
The result is a delicate, savory flavor complemented by the natural sweetness of coconut water, offering potential benefits for radiant skin.
- Homemade Ginger Tofu with Minced Pork
A fresh twist on the beloved classic, this dish features tofu made daily from scratch using soy milk and freshly squeezed ginger juice.
The tofu is deep-fried to achieve a delightful crispiness on the outside while maintaining a silky softness on the inside. A generous serving of chef’s special minced meat imparts bold and unforgettable flavors.
