If you are looking for the finest steaks in Singapore, go no further. From romantic date nights to family meals, there’s nothing better than a good mouth-watering steak for meat lovers like me. With the countless restaurants around, it might be hard to pick an option. To help you guys out, here a list of four steak restaurants in Singapore that I will recommend.
Cut
This highly regarded steak house, which was awarded a Michelin star in 2016, offers succulent slabs of meat. Choose from some of the best cuts of USDA Prime certified beef, Australian beef, and Japanese Wagyu in their warmly furnished contemporary dining hall. A popular menu option is their 340g New York Sirloin ($74). This might seem like a hefty price tag, buts it has everything you want in a steak, gently salted and peppered, then broiled and charred for a delightfully crunchy surface. The steaks served at CUT are on another level. Add on an accompaniment of their house-made sauces and delicious sides like Peewee Potatoes ($14) and Cavatappi Pasta “Mac & Cheese” ($18) and this is why I will definitely visit again.
Location: 2 Bayfront Avenue B1-71, Galleria Level The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, 018972
Opening Hours: 5.00pm – 10.00pm
New Ubin Seafood
Who would have guessed that a zi char eatery would also offer up an excellent steak? At New Ubin Seafood, you can create your own surf and turf combination as they sell both steak and seafood here. This kampong-style zi char restaurant offers all of the local favourites as well as some western fares, like the USDA Black Angus Rib-Eye Beef Steak 500g (from $82.50), which is inarguably one of the restaurant’s most popular item. The US-imported beef, served in cubes on a wooden chopping board, is juicy, rich, and has this unique scorched flavour that you have to try at least once to know what I mean. With flavourful meat, served with potato wedges, smoked sea salt flakes, and caramelised onions, this shows that you don’t need to visit a fine dining establishment to indulge in some good food.

The Feather Blade
Sheen Jet Leong, the creator of The Feather Blade, spent time in the kitchen and on the floors of a famous London restaurant and now brings what he liked and learnt about it to our red dot. For $21+, you’ll get 200g of succulent grilled beef, which you may combine with Sichuan peppercorn sauce for a unique Singaporean experience or bearnaise sauce ($2) if you would like something more traditional. Be sure to not over stuff yourself and save space for sides like their smoked corn ($8), truffled burratina ($16), and wagyu-beef fat potatoes ($9) which are spuds fried in leftover wagyu fat, yum!
Location: 61 Tg Pagar Rd, Singapore 088482
Opening Hours: 11.00am – 2.00pm (Tue – Sun)| 5.00am – 8.30pm (Tue – Sun) | Delivery
Les Bouchons
A delicious slab of meat, fries fried to perfection and some wine to go with it. Is there anything more you need? Try their Grilled Angus Sirloin Steak with Herbs ($42) or go for their Grilled Black Angus Rib Eye Steak with “Vigneron“ Butter ($45) for a splendid meal. If you ever feel like you are having the biggest steak craving ever, their Giant “Côte de Boeuf“ Angus Prime Rib ($125) comes in a ‘reasonable’ weight of 1kg and could be split between two individuals who are extremely hungry.
Location: Ann Siang | Robertson Quay
Opening Hours: 11.30am – 9.30pm (Depends on location) | Delivery
In Singapore, steaks aren’t hard to come by. However, if you want to go beyond the typical food you can get at a food court or hawker centres, these establishments provide the greatest value with their high-quality steaks and service.
