This spring, Shaburi & Kintan Buffet invites you to celebrate the Sakura Festival, inspired by Japan’s beautiful cherry blossom season. From March to May 2025, enjoy unlimited salmon dishes and unique pink-themed treats starting from just $39.80++ per person.

Enjoy the Unique Pink Cheese Soup

A highlight of this year’s festival is the brand new Pink Cheese Soup, an exciting update to last year’s popular Pink Shabu-Shabu Soup. Made naturally pink with beetroot, this creamy soup now comes with mozzarella cheese on the side, letting you add just the right amount of cheesy goodness. Try pairing this delicious soup with tender Iberico Pork or fresh salmon for a perfect meal.

Unlimited Salmon Delights

Salmon lovers will be delighted by an unlimited selection of salmon dishes, including fresh Salmon Sashimi, crispy Salmon Katsu, and the flavorful Mentai Aburi Salmon Don. Other tasty dishes include Creamy Mentai Potato Salad, Sakura Shrimp & Bamboo Rice, and comforting Salmon & Vegetable Gratin.

Sweet Pink Treats You Won’t Want to Miss

End your meal with delightful desserts like Singapore’s only Pink Chocolate Fountain, perfect for dipping fruits and treats into silky strawberry chocolate. Enjoy the sweet and tangy Strawberry Matcha Tiramisu, innovative Rare Cheesecake Shots, and the visually stunning Pink Mont Blanc Ice Cream, served fresh at your table.
