Prepare your taste buds for an egg-lover’s dream as Running Egg, the viral TikTok sensation from Bangkok, arrives in Singapore. This is not your typical omelette or scrambled eggs—it’s Running Egg, featuring perfectly half-cooked, golden yolks draped over rice and a variety of tantalizing toppings.

Originating from Bangkok’s famed restaurant Hereduan, Running Egg brings authentic Thai flavours to Singapore, crafted by the original chefs who started the trend.

Running Egg serves up affordable indulgence with imported Thai ingredients for an authentic dining experience. Each plate is made with no less than four creamy eggs, striking the ideal texture to complement the rich flavours:

L-R: Prawn; Luncheon Meat; Grilled Pork
  • Prawn ($7.80): The house signature combines crunchy, golden fried prawns with creamy eggs for a perfectly balanced bite.
  • Chicken Basil ($6.80): A fragrant stir-fry of minced chicken, herbs, and basil, offering a bold and aromatic taste.
  • Pork Jowl ($7.80): Grilled pork jowl delivers melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and a hearty, meaty flavour.
  • Grilled Pork ($7.80): A rice dish inspired by Thailand’s beloved moo ping, paired with gooey eggs for extra indulgence.
  • Luncheon Meat ($5.80; Singapore-exclusive): Sliced luncheon meat served with creamy eggs for a nostalgic yet irresistible combo.

To cater to local tastes, the recipes have been slightly adjusted with reduced salt, offering a harmonious balance.

You can also customize your meal with add-ons like Luncheon Meat ($2), Chicken Basil ($3), Prawn ($4), Pork Jowl ($4) or Moo Ping ($4 for 2 pieces).

Running Egg offers a taste of Bangkok’s culinary charm, blending authentic flavours with tweaks that cater to Singaporean palates. Whether you’re a fan of eggs, Thai cuisine, or viral food trends, this is one dining experience not to be missed.
