If you are craving for an authentic Chinese culinary experience, Qing Hua Jiao and Jing Yue Rong is the go-to spot in Singapore. Being the first outlet in the city, it has a unique dual dining concept with an open kitchen. It offers a range of specialty dishes such that they distinguish themselves by providing fresh fish and frogs, ensuring the unparalleled level of quality in their dishes.

Indulge in the pleasure of their signature dish, Qing Hua Jiao’s Sichuan Peppercorn Fish (from $28.80), featuring soft and fresh fish. The combination of chilli and green pepper imparts a mild spiciness and a subtle numbing sensation.

This delectable experience is elevated by a richly flavoured soup and tender tofu, seamlessly uniting with the fish to complete this exquisite dish.

Jing Yue Rong specialises in their Griddle Cooked Frog ($48.80) which is offered in 4 sauce flavours, catering to both spicy and non-spicy preferences. The freshness and delightful chewiness of the cooked frog set it apart.

In the case of the dish with sweet and spicy sauce, the cooked frog is thoughtfully paired with sweet corn and crispy potato slices, enhancing the dish with a harmonious blend of flavours and textures.
