Although we can’t eat out right now, memorable days like Father’s Day should still be celebrated. After all, the road to a man’s heart is via his stomach. We’ve scoured Singapore for the greatest Father’s Day eating bargains, from seafood takeout and meal delivery from top restaurants to juicy grilled meats you can devour at home. Here are some places you should get food from this Father’s Day.

1. Patara Fine Thai

Patara Fine Thai, which opened 26 years ago in the quaint neighborhood of Tanglin, is recognized for its traditional Thai meals crafted with top ingredients. Treat your father to their Nu Rak Par Father’s Day special, which costs $232+ for four people (valid from 17-20 June 2021). Appetizers, soups, main courses, desserts, and a wine add-on are all available as well. If you are looking for a romantic Thai date for Father’s Day, there’s also a package for two pax from $116+ (valid from 17-20 June 2021).

2. Hai Tien Lo

Singapore’s award-winning Cantonese restaurant Hai Tien Lo is providing a six-course special set meal for your dad. The Loving Father’s Menu ($256+ for two people), curated by Executive Chef Ben Zeng, is all about displaying powerful tasting meals and enhancing homey flavors. Enjoy a delectable feast of poached wagyu beef with asparagus in superb soy sauce, as well as deep-fried pomfret with minced pork and preserved vegetables. Vineyard is a lovely French-Italian restaurant hidden among the beautiful greenery of HortPark and they pride themselves on having locally sourced produce to ensure freshness.  Their Father’s Day Specials lets you choose 2 Mains, 1 Dessert and 1 Set of Sharing Appetizers consisting of Sundried Tomato Pesto Mussels with Garlic Bread, In-House Spice Mix Dry Rub Duck Breast Salad, Whole Baked Poulet with whiskey foie gras butter and more from $188+ that will feed 4 to 5 pax easily. 9. Barossa Steak & Grill
