Old Seng Choong, a name steeped in heritage and flavour, has officially opened its newest outlet at WEAVE, the latest biophilic lifestyle mall at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS).

With its open-concept kitchen, exclusive product line-up, and nostalgic bakes, this new flagship aims to bring Singapore’s timeless flavours to a fresh generation of locals and tourists.

A Multi-Sensory Experience at WEAVE

Located at 26 Sentosa Gateway, #01-223, this outlet isn’t just a retail space—it’s a sensory journey.

WEAVE, Singapore’s newest mall concept, is nestled within Resorts World Sentosa and designed with a strong biophilic aesthetic. Think greenery, natural light, and calm ambience.

Now imagine stepping into Old Seng Choong here and being greeted by:

  • The warm aroma of freshly baked croissants

  • The sight of skilled bakers in action

  • The taste of premium cookies and pastries infused with heritage

This outlet is designed to wow visitors from all walks of life—Singaporeans seeking nostalgia and tourists craving authentic local treats.

RWS-Exclusive Cookies to Fall in Love With

What makes this store truly special? Two cookies that you can’t find anywhere else:

🥚 Salted Egg Cookies (S$26.80 per tin)

Made with real salted egg yolk, these cookies deliver a savoury crunch with bold umami flavours. Salted egg is a beloved Asian ingredient, and this cookie is the perfect introduction for first-time visitors to Singapore.

🌹 Rose Cookies (S$26.80 per tin)

Inspired by bandung, Singapore’s nostalgic rose milk drink, these cookies carry a fragrant floral sweetness that feels like a hug from the past. Locals will smile, and tourists will be intrigued.

Both cookies are exclusive to the RWS outlet—a perfect souvenir or gift.

Hot from the Oven: Bakes You Can’t Resist

Old Seng Choong is also unveiling freshly baked pastries, only available at this outlet. These bakes bring local flavours to beloved French-inspired formats.

✨ Must-Try Items:

  • Salted Egg Yolk Crème Brûlée Tart – S$4.50

  • Salted Egg Yolk Croissant – S$5.90

  • Kaya Croissant – S$5.90

Crisp, flaky, and filled with flavour, these pastries are perfect for a grab-and-go snack or a relaxing tea-time indulgence by the sea.

A Legacy That Lives On

Old Seng Choong was created by Chef Daniel Tay, one of Singapore’s most respected pastry chefs. This brand is a tribute to his father, who ran the iconic Seng Choong Confectionery in Marine Parade from 1965 to 1996.

Every item in the store is crafted with the same values his father upheld—quality, care, and celebration of tradition.

The new store represents the brand’s next chapter: expanding into new markets, reaching global audiences, and making Singaporean flavours world-famous.
