Novel Creations At Black Marble For A Gastronomic Adventure

Go on a foodie experience with Black Marble in the month of October with their new menu consisting of fine farm-to-table grilled specialties. The dishes uses winter ingredients and produce from Europe that will warm the heart and ignite the palate with a lighter profile that nonetheless ring home the notion of comfort food.

Appetisers & Starters

To kickstart your meal, the Compressed Watermelon & Prosciutto ($16) is a refreshing and tangy appetiser that is well balanced with sweet, briny and tart flavour profiles that come together well.

The Egg Cassoulet ($16) is a rich and hearty egg dish filled with cannellini beans, chorizo, tomatoes and feta cheese that will have you mopping up the gravy to the last drop with the side of toasted bread provided while the Prawn and Chorizo Pil Pil ($23), comes with large freshwater prawns that burst forth with the punchy smoked paprika and chili that is delicious on its own.

For something lighter on the palate, the Burrata Cheese Salad ($18) is a great option that comes with fresh garden greens drizzled with basil pesto and aged balsamic dressing. With a Spanish flair, the Spanish Octopus Leg ($29), is perfectly tender and comes served on a bed of potato puree for satiation.

Not forgetting the Black Marble home creation, their Cold Angel Hair with Flash Charred Scallop ($18) serves up chilled delicate angel hair pasta in an umami truffle kombu dressing that is sure to please.

Exciting Mains

Served with a rich Albufera belute sauce and a side of quick sauteed barley green peas and sweet corn, The Grilled Corn-fed Chicken Breast ($32) is a delightful option or get the Barramundi with Eggplant Caponata ($30), that has a quintessential Italian style that pulls out the creaminess of the Barramundi.

No steakhouse would be complete without their house bestsellers such as Grilled Grain-fed Black Angus Striploin ($36 for 200g), for a go-to basic cut or get the Wagyu Beef Hanging Tenderloin ($48 for 300g) made for slow savouring with rich M5 marbling. 30 Days Dry-Aged T-Bone in Ribeye ($78 for 400g) is also available for full-bodied flavour from its in-house dry ageing with Himalayan salt.

Dessert

Sweet-tooths or dessert lovers can look forward to their Lemon Curd ‘Semifreddo’ ($14). With delightful tangy layers of lemon curd intersperse creamy vanilla ice cream, this is a treat that’s creamy, sweet and sour all at once.

Cocktails

For those that cannot do without some alcohol, 5 cocktails have also been added to the menu for the perfect alcohol-laced pairing. The Black Martini ($16) will entice with its mysterious colour and intensity, made with vodka, blackberry sweetened reduction and blue curacao. The Kamikaze Blue ($16) is an electrifying mix with equally tantalising colour of lime juice, Triple Sec and vodka, garnished with a simple lemon wheel.

 There’s also a Classic Sangria ($21) that’s a party mix of orange juice, brandy and red wine with apple and orange slices as well as the Negroni ($18) the popular cocktail of gin, campari, vermouth and orange peel served with an ice ball. Finally, delight in the Pink Fairy ($16) that’s the perfect summer gin-based cocktail with grapefruit, berries and a dash of milk.

With so much good food to choose from, this restaurant would be great for bringing a date or to celebrate a special occasion. Those tight on time or are on a budget, you can pop by for their set lunches that are available every weekday from 11am-2.30pm, priced at $23.90++ for 2 courses and $29.90++ for 3 courses instead.

Although we are now in the Stabilisation Phase with a 2 pax limit for dine-in from 27 September through 24 October 2021 (all diners must be fully vaccinated as well), Black Marble will offer a $10 off with a minimum spend of $100, when you flash this poster!
