Known for their genuine and delectable Hunan culinary creations, Nong Geng Ji is set to open its first overseas outpost at Collyer Quay on 21st of October 2023. Employing traditional Hunan-style cooking techniques alongside the freshest native Hunan ingredients, the dishes here allow the natural flavours to shine through, ensuring an unparalleled dining experience.

Nong Geng Ji’s mission extends beyond the kitchen as a social enterprise that collaborates with farmers across China to promote their agricultural products, thereby contributing to the revitalization of rural communities.

The restaurant chain has meticulously built its supply chains and maintains control over their ingredient selection, procurement, transportation, and preparation. This level of dedication guarantees that only the highest quality ingredients grace your plate.

Stir-Fried Pork with Abalone and Chilli

Hunan cuisine is best accompanied by Nong Geng Ji’s Wuchang Steamed Rice with Sweet Potato and Red Dates to pair with their signature dishes as follows that will surely tantalize your taste buds.

Start off with their Stir-Fried Pork with Abalone and Chilli for a delightful twist on a Hunan classic, featuring small green chillis and a special addition of tender baby abalones for extra texture and flavour.

Signature Grass Fish Fillet with Chilli

Their Signature Grass Fish Fillet with Chilli features generously sized and pleasantly chewy fish fillet pieces, enhanced by a medley of fresh and fermented chillies.

Don’t fret if you can’t handle the heat as there’s going to be a non-spicy version available for those who can’t take the heat.

Stir-Fried Beef with Dried Chilli

For the beef lovers, savour the harmonious marriage of savoury and spicy flavours in their Stir-Fried Beef with Dried Chilli that comes with thinly sliced beef and native Hunan dried pepper for that extra kick.

Other items to look forward to includes their Mini Potatoes with Broth, Hengyang Mixed Stew, Beancurd Skin with Eggs and many other signature Hunan dishes so pay them a visit when they open their doors on 21st October 2023!
