From the preparation in the kitchen to being served at your table, step into the future with Haidilao as their newest outlet at Northshore Plaza now comes with first-ever robot arms technology in an Intelligent Food Room to dish out your orders safely and efficiently.
Further enhancing the ‘service+’ experience, Haidilao uses multimedia elements such as sound and light to create an immersive dining experience. At the same time, the kitchen is equipped with a customized automatic soup machine to tailor their soups to one’s precise order, satisfying the different preferences of each diner.
With the aid of these high-tech machines, this helps to improve the accuracy of ingredients and the food being served. Diners may also opt for less oil, less salt and even sediment removal, that will be tailored to one’s precise order.
Upon arrival, diners can observe robot arms at work in the Intelligent Food Room, a specially built cold room maintained at a constant 0-4 degrees, through a transparent glass screen. After an order is placed via the iPads at each table, it is sent directly to the Intelligent Food Room management system where the robot arms will automatically select the dishes and send it to the ‘sorting area’.
The whole process is done under temperatures of 0-4 degrees in the Intelligent Food Room, helping to maintain the freshness of the dishes and minimize any potential risk of transmission of germs and bacteria from human food handling.
The dishes will then be delivered via food delivery roving robot waiters directly to your table. This will allow the friendly service staff to provide customers with better service throughout their entire meal or as and when required.
