Taikoo Lane, serves one of the most authentic Sichuan and Cantonese broths in Singapore for dipping meats and veggies in. Try the Sichuan hot broth ($5), which is prepared with beef tallow rather than oil for a more strong and pungent flavour, or the Chengdu green pepper broth ($5), which is prepared with peppercorn oil and green peppercorns.

For some great accompaniment, turn to dishes like Lobster noodles ($39.80), spicy marinated beef ($18.80), and sliced chicken with green peppers ($17.80) which are some dishes that leaves the crowd craving for more.
