Known for its signature Xiao Guo Mi Xian (“small pot rice noodles”), this iconic dish is cooked à la minute in a small copper pot over an open flame, creating a symphony of aromas and flavours.

Miss Tang’s Rice Noodles brings the bold, heritage-rich flavours of Yunnan cuisine to the heart of Singapore. The new Funan outlet features over 14 rice noodle options, starting from just $7.90.

A must-try is Miss Tang’s signature rice noodles, which are both affordable and satisfying. Popular choices include:

  • Spicy Pickled Cabbage Rice Noodles ($7.90): A tangy and spicy delight to awaken your palate.
