Fans of Milksha’s signature Taiwanese-style milk tea can now rejoice as the brand has extended its menu to include bentos and sides!
Pair your favourite Milksha beverage with a delightful bento that begins at just $4.90!
The bento is chock full of rice, vegetables, Taiwanese sausage, braised tofu, salted vegetables and braised egg.
Bentos
- Braised Minced Pork Bento ($4.90) – The minced pork is slow cooked over a small flame for 12 hours with a special blend of soy sauce and herbs, boasting an incredible depth of flavour.
- Red Yeast Pork Chop Bento 紅糟肉 ($6.90) – To create the captivating red colour of the pork chop, Milksha follows a cherished family recipe that involves marinating the meat in a special red rice wine passed down through generations. The remarkable tenderness of the meat is a testament to their meticulous 24-hour marinating process.
- Taiwan Spicy Fried Chicken Bento ($6.90) – The chunks of chicken are marinated with fermented bean curd (nánrǔ南乳) from Taiwan, which envelops the palate with an umami note and a hint of spiciness. They are then deep-fried to a golden-brown crust.
- Braised Pork Belly and Crispy Salted Chicken Duo Bento ($8.90) – The pork belly undergoes a meticulous cooking process, braised for a total of 4 hours to achieve its mouth-watering, melts-in-the-mouth tenderness. Also relish in the delectable contrast of Crispy Salted Chicken.
Other Bentos include:
Fried Salmon Bento ($8.90), Braised Drumstick Bento ($6.90), Fried Salmon & Crispy Salted Chicken Duo Bento ($10.90) and more.
Drinks
Go for a complete meal by topping up just $2 for Fresh Milk Tea. More drinks that can be ordered as part of the bento sets are Earl Grey Milk Tea, Green Milk Tea, Oolong Milk Tea, Light Roasted Oolong Milk Tea and Roasted Wheat Milk Tea. Toppings can be added at extra costs.
