LeNu and Le Shrimp Ramen invite patrons to usher in the New Year with a delectable array of seasonal creations available till 30 April 2024. The latest additions to their menus promise a burst of freshness, served in distinctive bowls that characterize these beloved local noodle specialty establishments.
At LeNu, indulge in Grandma’s Braised Pork Belly Dry Noodle ($18.90). Guests can savour the marinated pork belly, slow-braised with a homemade sauce over 1.5 hours.
The noodles are then generously coated with a flavourful sauce derived from the braising liquids, resulting in a gratifying and delicious meal.
Meanwhile, the culinary excitement continues at Le Shrimp Ramen with the introduction of the Blackie Squid Ink Ebiko Prawn Paste Shrimp Ramen ($18.90). The specialty shrimp broth, is crafted by baking fresh tiger prawns at 180°C for 45 minutes, hand-grinding them to a fine texture, and simmering them for over eight hours with premium conpoy.
The broth is then elevated with the infusion of squid ink, topped with Le Shrimp Ramen’s handmade Ebiko Prawn Paste and served with al-dente la mian, for a culinary delight.
