At The Peninsula Hotel, their bestselling Mini Egg Custard Mooncakes ($83.00) is wildly popular and is a signature offering of The Peninsula. This year however, The Peninsula will be launching two new irresistible mooncake flavours, conceptualised by Michelin Star Chef Tang.
