Choose from 18 distinct combinations, including a famous Kochi yuzu shisho and layered hojicha with oolong. It’s available in a cup (starting at $4.90) or with a crispy pandan waffle cone ($1.50).

The botanical-inspired flavours of Birds of Paradise are delicately scented and refined, tasting like culinary poetry. This teeny-tiny gelato shop on East Coast Road is often loaded to it’s fullest capacity or you can check out their outlet at Jewel Changi Airport as well.
Flowers, herbs, nuts, and spices are all used to create unique flavours here instea of artificial flavourings. This includes flavours such as white chrysanthemum, strawberry basil, and lemongrass ginger (from $4.70 a scoop). If you enjoy your ice cream served on a cone, go for their thyme-scented homemade waffle cone ($1).

Emma Goh and Jeslyn Yeo had a childhood ambition of opening a café. Geometry, a neighbourhood gelato business named after a field of mathematics, is now operated by the two. It mirrors the pair’s careful approach to dessert-making, where they frequently produce delectable treats like the goma ($3.90) and the colourful paddle pop-esque Bing Bong ($3.90).
