Swiss Butchery has recently launched its flagship store in Holland Village, boasting a selection curated by master butcher Otto Weibel, with over 50 years of expertise. Offering premium yet affordable meats and seafood, including Angus and Wagyu beef cuts, truffle, sake, ham and sausage, the store caters to discerning tastes.
Setting itself apart, Swiss Butchery provides a unique experience: for a cooking fee of $12, customers can select their meat and have it expertly prepared on the spot. Specialising in grilled and barbecued delights, the store also plans to introduce a dry-aging meat service soon.
Signature dishes include the Swiss Butchery Grilled Wagyu Steak ($51), featuring handpicked and expertly grilled cuts, and Wagyu Meat Balls ($9.50) crafted from minced Wagyu.
Complementing the main offerings are delectable sides and snacks such as Triple Cooked Beef Tallow Potatoes With Rosemary Salt ($10) and Sapporo Candied Bacon ($7.90).
For seafood enthusiasts, there’s a variety of Seashells ($21) available. This sees a bucket of mussels or clams that can be cooked in your sauce of choice such as white wine and tomato, or chili flakes butter.
To celebrate its launch, Swiss Butchery is offering a tempting 1-for-1 promotion throughout April 2024, allowing patrons to indulge in either grilled sirloin or ribeye, alongside seashells, mussels or clams.
