I am pretty sure by now many would be familiar with souffle pancakes. They are these thick and fluffy pancakes that originates from Japan. It has since then become a popular dessert and made its mark in other parts of the world, including Singapore.
In collaboration with Hershey’s Chocolate, the famous Gram Café & Pancakes will be launching their limited edition Premium Chocolate Lava Pancake to mark the opening of their new outlet at Punggol Waterway Point only available for three months!
Gram Café & Pancakes
Coming from Osaka Japan, Gram Café and Pancakes has stores in all of Japan and other countries such as Thailand and Singapore. The café is known for its signature melt-in-the-mouth soft and fluffy souffle pancakes, served with their homemade butter, whipped cream and maple syrup.
The café attracted many customers with its first store in VivoCity when they first arrived in Singapore. Their pancakes are slow-cooked on low heat, resulting in a fluffy texture, almost like a cloud or cotton candy. The pancakes are made only using premium ingredients, masterful techniques, with a little butter and syrup for a shiny finish.
VivoCity seems a little too far? Gram Café & Pancakes will be opening its second outlet in Punggol Waterway Point.
Gram x Hershey’s
In honour of their new opening, they will be launching their limited edition Gram x Hershey’s Premium Chocolate Lava Pancakes ($20.90). Similar to their other pancakes, the Premium Chocolate Lava Pancake is a light and fluffy pancake indulgent with rich Hershey’s chocolate, both in the batter and oozing from the centre.
The pancake will be topped with whipped cream, Hershey’s chocolate sauce and a handful of irresistible Hershey’s Chocolate Kisses. Chocolate lovers will definitely enjoy this limited edition souffle pancake.
Opening Promotion
As part of the new opening, Gram Café & Pancakes will be giving away limited edition Gram fluffy pancake cushions to the first 50 customers who make a purchase at the new Waterway Point outlet.
Furthermore, customers who place orders for their limited edition Premium Chocolate Lava Pancakes from July 12th to 18th, will be entitled to top up only ten cents for a choice of Passionfruit Fizz or Strawberry Fizz.
Exciting Additions
The new outlet will also feature three new premium pancake flavours that are exclusively available only at Waterway Point.
Apart from the limited edition Premium Chocolate Lava Pancakes ($18.90), they will also be launching the Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Premium Pancakes. It comes with their signature pancakes with a side of whipped cream, strawberries and caramelised banana. It is then drizzled generously with Hershey’s chocolate sauce and topped with a Hershey’s chocolate bar.
If you are not a huge fan of chocolate, they their Lotus Biscoff Premium Pankcakes ($18.90) instead. The fluffy pancakes and served with whipped cream, strawberries, blueberries and Lotus Biscoff sauce. It is all topped off with biscuit crumbles for added crunch.
Finally, get a taste of their Mango Premium Pancakes ($18.90), served with whipped cream, fresh mango and sweet mango pulp puree. It is such a great flavour sensation, a combination of summer flavour that you will never forget.
Savoury and Delicious
To balance out the sweetness of these pancakes, Gram Café & Pancakes also offer savouries that are just as delicious. Old favourites such as Cheese Melt Brulee ($22.90) is the perfect combination of sweet and savoury. The dish consists of one serving of pancake served with shrimps, bacon and a secret cheese sauce and another with fresh fruits and jam glaze.
The Egg Benedict ($22.90) is a classic breakfast dish of smoked salmon and bacon, topped with poached egg and Hollandaise sauce. All these elements are placed onto a base of fluffy pancakes instead of the usual English muffin.
Not forgetting their newest addition to the menu is their Pan Fried Togarashi Pink Salmon Fillet ($20.90) that is part of the all-day breakfast menu. A whole pan-fried salmon fillet is served with grilled potatoes, mushrooms and lemon butter sauce.
Other Menu Items
Other menu items such as a variety of Mini Don, Bento Don and pastas will also be exclusively available at the Waterway Point outlet. These items will only be available for lunch and dinner only.
The Mini Don (from $7.90 to $11.90) is a hearty single portion rice bowl meals with toppings such as Wagyu Sliced Beef Fillet with onsen egg and white truffle puree and others. Looking for something more satiating? Opt for their Bento Don (from $13.90 to $15.90) instead. It comes with two sides, meeting more bigger appetites.
If you love pastas, try their Wagyu beef Sukiyaki Pasta ($11.90), made creamy with onsen egg and topped with bonito flakes. Alternatively, try their Golden Red Miso Prawn Pasta ($10.90) that is sweetened with tiger prawns and topped with tobiko.
