Fourgather | Modern Thai Restaurant Offering Thai Street Food, Art & Music At Amoy Hotel

Visit a vibrant and eclectic Thai culinary haven where friends and family can converge to indulge in authentic and contemporary Thai street food, art, and music along 76 Telok Ayer Street.

Conceived by a dynamic quartet of friends whom operated a successful home-based food delivery service Arai Gor Mee during the circuit breaker, the launch of Fourgather is a space for genuine Thai street food and more.

Nestled in the lobby of Amoy Hotel within Far East Square, dine beneath the enchanting glow of string lights in Fourgather’s primary dining hall, where an eclectic fusion of furnishings and contemporary art transports patrons to the bustling streets of Bangkok.

To add warmth and heartiness to your meal, indulge in invigorating soups such as the tangy Gaeng Som (Thai Assam Tamarind Soup; $20.90), guaranteed to delight!

Additionally, Fourgather offers an assortment of refreshing salads including the zesty Thai Watermelon Salad ($16.90), the scrumptious Yum Salmon (Thai Salmon Salad; $26.90) and the fresh Yum Puu Maa (Flower Crab Salad; $36.90).

Offering Lunch Sets available from 11:30am to 3pm, patrons can relish tantalizing rice-based dishes like Khao Khai Jiao (Omelette with Rice; $9.90) or Rice topped with Stir-fried Basil Pork/Chicken and Scrambled Egg ($12.90) and more.

Pair this with beverages such as Thai Milk Tea ($4.50), Thai Soya Bean ($4.00) or Iced Thai Milk Coffee ($4.50) that is included in the lunch set for a midday pick-me-up.

Ala-carte dishes are also available such as the aromatic Fried Fish Miang (Fisherman’s Harvest; $44.90), featuring freshly fried fish with an array of herbs and vegetables or the the savoury Moo Koop Foon (Roasted Rice Pork; $18.90).

Other signature offerings include the addictive Fourgather Matchstick Wings ($11.90), fragrant Pok Pork Spicy Noodle (Thai Tom Yum; $13.90) and the mouthwatering Kra Prao (Basil Pork; $15.90) all guaranteed to tantalize the taste buds.

To conclude the meal on a sweet note, indulge in Fourgather’s homemade desserts such as the Khanom Thuai (Traditional Steam Coconut Pudding; $9.90), refreshing Coconut Ice Cream ($8.90) and classics like the Look Choop (Fruit-Shaped Mung Bean Dessert; $9.90).

A cafe by day and a bustling gathering spot for friends by night, Fourgather caters to all cravings for delectable and authentic Thai cuisine alongside beer, cocktails, and spirits when you visit.
