This luxurious dish features Black Angus tenderloin (MB3) wrapped in beef bresaola and mushroom duxelle, sprinkled with crushed hazelnuts, and encased in golden flaky pastry. It is roasted to perfection and served with Caesar salad and homemade cranberry sauce.
