From the café that brought you the adorable and IG-worthy Bear Lattes, Knock Knock Café is back with a new Christmas menu that will steal your hearts with their Iced Bear Reindeer Milkshakes that will be available from now till 2nd January 2022!
Adorning their milkshakes for the festive season are the cute little iced bears that are dressed in a little coat and antlers. Not only are they cute, but you can also be assured of a good drink as well. The White Forest Milkshake ($9) features a red bear reindeer atop a refreshingly tangy and sweet blend of berries and white chocolate while the Pistachio Cream Milkshake ($9) has a green bear reindeer and a delicious blend of pistachios and milk for a sweet and nutty note.
It might be a little hard to get a cup of these Instagrammable bears as only 15 cups are made daily so heed our advice and head down early to avoid disappointment! Regular milkshakes will still be available all day but the special ones will be oh so worth it.
Apart from their viral Bear Lattes, Knock Knock Café is also known for their Asian-style pastas and burgers. This December, there will be 4 new mainstays that they will be offering. For the fish lovers, the Curry Crumble Crusted Fish ($26) is a slab of pan-seared barramundi topped with a delicious herb and curry crust that sits on a bed of butternut puree. Accompanied with a side of salad and roasted tomatoes, this dish has a gorgeous assortment of colours.
For something heartier, the Five Spice Roasted Chicken Leg with Truffle Sauce ($21) features a tender and juicy chicken leg that is served with maple-glazed sweet potatoes as well pan-roasted Brussel sprouts for a balanced meal. Pair it with the shiitake truffle mushroom sauce for a rich earthiness.
If the mains do not fill you up, you can always start with an appetizer or dessert. The BBQ Pulled Turkey with Cheese Taco ($15 for 2 pcs) comes with pulled turkey meat that is coated with homemade BBQ sauce along with melted cheddar cheese, purple cabbage and some sour cream with chives that will give your taste buds an explosion of flavour.
Or for a sweet ending, the Cinnamon Banoffee Tart ($8) comes with a toffee-like note of dulce de leche and paired with bananas. Topped with vanilla cream, walnuts and cinnamon sprinkles, this is definitely and indulgent treat.
