As a kid, I used to hate vegetables and would never eat them even though my parents insisted. However, as I grow older, veggies became a part of my meals. I would consider my meals incomplete if there aren’t any veggies. I started eating my veggies and salad and loved it.

There are plenty of places to get freshly made salads here in Singapore. Check out these salad bars in Singapore to get some of the freshest salad bowls for your next meal.

Toss & Turn The Salad Bar

Toss and Turn Salad Bar started off with the idea of making salads and the freshest ingredients accessible to others. Being one of the first salad bars in Singapore, they started the ‘Eat Fresh. Eat Greens’ movement. The salad bar is constantly bringing in new ingredients and products and experimenting with home-made dressings.

Toss and Turn offers several different salads. You can either make your own or choose from their signature salad bowls. Some of their signature salad bowls include Sprinting Buddha ($15.50), TropiKale ($15.50) and Summer Vibes ($15.50).

The Salad Box

The Salad Box started operations in 2014 with their outlet at Bugis MRT. Six years later, the outlet was relocated to Lavender at Kitchener Complex. They offer a wide range of menu items such as salads, sandwiches, soups and beverages.

Check out their All-Day-Favourites like Cajun Chicken Salad (from $10.20), Crispy Caesar Salad (from $8.00) and Teriyaki Chicken Salad (from $9.50). You can also Pick-Your-Own salad (from $6.95). You will get a base of Romaine lettuce, five basic toppings, and the dressing of your choice.

Founded in 2009, SaladStop! aims to bring a new dimension to salads and a new approach to fast food. Today, the salad bar is operating in several countries including the Philippines, Spain, Korea, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia and Singapore. SaladStop! wants to empower customers with the resources and information to eat better. Full nutritional information of their menu items are accessible on their website, allowing consumers to take charge of their food intake.
