Eat.Rest.Play 2024 at Toa Payoh East CC: A Fun-Filled Day for the Whole Family
Get ready for Eat.Rest.Play 2024, returning to Toa Payoh East CC! Following the resounding success of the 2023 event, this year’s celebration promises even more excitement, with an incredible lineup of free food, activities, workshops, and prizes. This all-day family event is perfect for those seeking to enjoy a day of fun and community bonding. Whether you’re a ticket holder or just dropping by, there’s something for everyone!
Free Food and Activities
One of the key attractions of Eat.Rest.Play has always been its inclusivity. In 2024, non-ticket holders will still be able to indulge in delicious local treats like popcorn, candy floss, kacang puteh, and tutu kueh – all free of charge. The event also offers a wide range of complimentary activities, ensuring that everyone can participate in the fun. Free activities include:
- Photobooth to capture memories with your friends and family
- Bouncy Castle for kids to jump around
- Drop the Rod and Fetch the Duck carnival games
- Table Games: Milk Can Toss, Bull Eyes, Fish Bowl Frenzy, Shoot the Duck, and Table Top Bowling
- Arcade Games: Basketball Machine and Mr. Hammer
These activities offer endless fun for visitors of all ages, and there’s no need to purchase tickets to enjoy them!
Ticket-Holder Benefits
For those looking for a more immersive experience, tickets are available at $12 each. Ticket holders will be treated to exclusive perks including a goodie bag, lucky draw entry, and access to two highlight items (available from 4-6pm on a first-come, first-served basis). Highlight items include delicious offerings from Old Chang Kee and Nine Fresh.
In addition, ticket holders can participate in the Arcade Games Bi-Hourly Challenge held from 10am to 6pm. Every two hours, the top scorer of each challenge will walk away with a $10 NTUC voucher. Volunteers will track the participants’ wristband numbers, and winners will be announced by the event’s MC.
Ticket holders can also earn chops on their wristbands by completing five table games. Once they’ve collected all five, they can redeem a $1 Merchant’s Association coupon at the registration counter.
