Three limited edition cocktails each have been created and the collaboration will be available for a limited time only at the newly opened bespoke cocktail bar Taylor Adam in Raffles Place, eclectic Japanese speakeasy bar Here Kitty Kitty and Mazzo.
Taylor Adam
A speakeasy cocktail bar discreetly tucked away in the heart of the CBD, the flavours and styles explored at Taylor Adam showcase the vast cultures and traditions across the Commonwealth, celebrating our uniqueness along with stories of travel and trade. In that same spirit, it has premiered three cocktails.
The Sakura Sling celebrates the Spring season where the Sakura flowers are in bloom. Crafted with Roku Gin and London Essence Peach & Jasmine Crafted Soda, it presents sakura notes that make way to a palate of ripe fruitiness. The floral symphony then melds into the fragrance of hand-picked white peach and jasmine, that is light and elegant to behold.
The Roku Foghorn is a bright and spicy oriental twist that is made with Roku Gin and London Essence Spiced Ginger Beer. Opening with citrus yuzu notes that are elevated with delightful effervescence, the final layer brings a hint of sweet chilli making it a special symphony to experience.
The Pulau Sentosa brings the best of the tropics and all its warmth, humidity and sun with a tropical coconut concoction. Crafted with Roku Gin and London Essence Indian Tonic Water, its delicate floral aromas are uplifted by the sweet creaminess of coconut.

Here Kitty Kitty
Be transported into the flourishing alleys of Shinjuku’s Golden Gai in the 1950s. Here Kitty Kitty’s ultra-luxurious speakeasy experience strips away the scintillating history of illicit courtesan-ship, while retaining the vivacious energy and culturally rich architecture of narrow shanties and conflicting wall papers. Be amongst the first to set foot in our eclectic vice den, where the story behind Here Kitty Kitty unfolds.
Herbal combines the floral notes of Roku with tangy grapefruit and delicate rosemary notes from London Essence Grapefruit & Rosemary Tonic, resulting in a wonderful herbaceous and citrus finish.
Fruity showcases the bitter and tangy orange notes of London Essence Bitter Orange & Elderflower Tonic, balanced by the sakura and yuzu flavours of Roku. Topped up with Calpis, it is a delightful cocktail with a sweet and honeyed finish.
In Citrus, pleasing fruit notes give way to a delicate floral finish, with a touch of a heavenly jasmine aroma from London Essence White Peach & Crafted Soda. A beautifully aromatic and refreshing cocktail for a perfect evening out.

Mazzo
The cosy Italian restaurant and bar Mazzo continues on its warm, friendly signature offerings with three cocktails that celebrate Fall. They are presented in a shot chaser and two cocktails that borrow the best sweetness from fall fruits like raspberries and rock melons.
To start, the Beyond the Sea shot chaser is the perfect aperitif of rich umami layers contrasted by floral notes. Made with Roku Gin, Umeshu, London Essence Indian Tonic and Lime Juice, they are delightful on their own or paired with one of Mazzo’s fresh oysters.
The Autumn Breeze pays homage to Fall from flavour to colour. A refreshing and bright citrus cocktail featuring Roku Gin and London Essence Ginger Ale, it refreshes the palate and soul with effervescent flavours of orange, berries, and a spicy touch of ginger.
The Roku Melon Tonic is an unconventional take on the classic Gin & Tonic. Roku Gin and London Essence Indian Tonic are shaken in with Midori and Triple Sec for a burst of fruitiness, underlaid by citrus notes. The final grace comes from a veil of floral fragrances right at the end, courtesy of the Roku Gin.
