With a new exclusive concept, enjoy an elevated dining experience at Earle Swensen’s Pasir Ris Mall (#02-16) where you can get dry-aged burgers and premium steaks in six different cuts, imbued with the aromatic smokiness of charcoal then topped with a choice of handcrafted compound butter.
Classics (each 200g, $35) include Sirloin, Ribeye and Tenderloin, or the French-inspired Steak Au Poivre or opt for the charcoal-seared Lamb Chops (450g, $35) served with a refreshing mint-infused ranch sauce.
Don’t miss the Chuck Eye Roll (200g, $36) or the Dry-Aged Chuck Eye Roll (200g, $38) a new cut known for its rich and beefy flavour and a tenderness almost on par with the ribeye.
Both Chuck Eye Roll variants are served with sliced shallots, whole grain mustard, and two sides of your choice – baked beans, caramelized onions, golden fries or top up for artisanal sides: truffle mashed potatoes ($4), creamy spinach ($1), sautéed mushrooms ($2) or baked potato ($2).
Each flame-kissed steak is finished with a choice of handcrafted compound butter with options of tangy Dijon Mustard, piquant and savory-sweet Onion Balsamic or the smoky and sweet Roasted Pepper.
These butters are also melted onto the beef patties in Earle Swensen’s new range of Butter Burgs ($21) where a juicy beef patty is paired with a melted slice of jack cheese between fluffy brioche buns, accompanied by sautéed mushrooms and fries.
Or, kick things up a notch with the Signature Dry-Aged Beef Burger ($24) that is smashed on the grill to a crisp sear on the outside while also quickly locking in the juiciness and flavour within.
In addition to mouth-watering meats, the menu includes all-day breakfast savoury croffle offerings, artisanal sides, pasta and decadent desserts.
Savoury Croffle offerings include Tomato Bruschetta ($10), Scrambled Egg ($11), Egg Benedict ($13), Mushroom Swiss ($11) and the ultimate Croque Madame ($12) which are all served with a grilled chicken chipolata on the side or go for the usual Sweet Croffle offerrings such as Honey Crunch ($10) and S’mores Bliss ($10).
