For those who prefer to dine in, there are three Chinese New Year Set Menus catering to groups of 3 up to 10 people. The three Set Menus include – Abundance Set A (from $278 for 3 pax), Blessings Set B (from $218 for 3 pax) and Celebration Set C (from $168 for 3 pax).
Featuring dishes like Smoked Salmon YuSheng ($39.80 M / $61.80 L) that is available for dine in or take-away, add on extra crackers for $3 or an extra portion of Smoked Salmon for $13.
New additions to the menu for the festivities this year includes the Prosperity Pineapple Pork Ribs, where tender pork ribs are fried to sweet caramelization with pineapple cubes, complemented by a special sweet and tangy sauce.
Don’t miss out on the Golden Zesty Deshelled Prawns, featuring deep-fried prawns coated in a bright and zesty lemon sauce as well as the Stir-fried Asparagus with Scallop & Longan providing a sweet, crisp crunch and a colourful medley of ingredients.
The tempting Braised Fish Maw with Fish Roe Fortune Bag elevates fish maw with a special prosperity gravy, accompanied by little fortune bags bursting forth with fish roe treasures while the Auspicious Abalone Seafood Pot is stewed and simmered in a collagen-rich pumpkin golden broth, creating the perfect fusion of rich, robust flavours.
Reservations for Chinese New Year Eve Reunion Dinners start from 3 January 2024, with four seatings available. A deposit of 50% is required to secure reservations and membership privileges are not applicable from 8 February to 23 February 2024.
Furthermore from now till 24 February 2024, each order of the CNY set menus comes with a free XL Red Packet from Dian Xiao Er, featuring its iconic DD.Duck complemented with Spring Festival Couplets, DD.Duck Red Packets, and Mini Stickers to enhance the celebrations.
To bring the joy of festivities home on the eve of Lunar New Year, Dian Xiao Er offers specially crafted takeaway bundles as well. Options include the Double Happiness Bundle ($118 S/$138 L) which includes one Signature Herbal Roast Duck (Whole) and Smoked Salmon YuSheng.
The Triple Delights Prosperity Bundle ($158 S/$208 L) on the other hand includes a Fortune Pork Trotter while the Four Seasons of Harmony Bundle ($208 S/$298 L) adds on another Braised Sea Cucumber & Mushrooms with Abalone to complete the meal.
Pre-orders for the takeaway bundles are now available in limited sets for takeaway on Chinese New Year eve.
