- Miyoshikiku Shiro Budou Junmai Ginjo: Tokushima prefecture, sweet citric sour taste with white koji brewing.
- Aisu Yamanoi Black Shooting Star: Fukushima prefecture, a unique assemblage with flavors of sourness, vegetal notes, steamed rice, florals, and fruits.
