Wildfire Burgers
Relaunched in 2020, Wildfire Burgers has returned with newly reinvented house burgers, along with seasonal specialty burgers; grilled to order in the double-ventilated INKA oven and fired with Japanese Binchotan charcoal.
For those who can tell their beef patties apart, their menu signatures include the SRF Wagyu Burger (from $14). SRF stands for Snake River Farm which is a farm that prides themselves as a pioneer in American Wagyu Beef.
