CP, Singapore’s No.1 best-selling brand for chicken and wonton/dumpling products, is pulling out all the stops for its 40th anniversary celebration. From 25 October to 17 November 2024, the brand will transform the popular Thai F&B concept HUE Restaurant into a Chicken Wonderland. This exclusive pop-up offers food lovers the chance to taste nine specially curated dishes featuring CP’s iconic chicken products, alongside exciting new items set to launch soon.

A Culinary Adventure: HUE Transformed into Chicken Wonderland

For this milestone anniversary, CP has teamed up with HUE Restaurant to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Visitors can expect CP-themed decorations throughout the restaurant, including an Instagram-worthy life-size tuk-tuk, making it a fun-filled visit for both food enthusiasts and social media aficionados. The true highlight, however, is the menu.

Chef-inspired and crafted with a fusion of Thai flavors, nine special-edition dishes will be offered, each showcasing CP’s signature chicken products. These dishes combine CP’s high-quality ingredients with the creative expertise of HUE’s culinary team.

Exclusive Dishes You Can’t Miss

Here’s a closer look at the standout dishes available only during this special pop-up event:

  1. Kung Moo-Noodles ($20): Jumbo shrimp wontons served in a rich beef broth with wonton noodles, tossed in a light Sam Gler sauce, which will be officially launched in 2025. Choose between spicy or non-spicy versions for the perfect kick.
  2. Pok Pok Gai ($18): This dish features three of CP’s most popular products – succulent Chicken Ribs, Roasted Mexican Wings (Half Cut), and Japanese Crispy Gyoza – served with three customizable sauces. Options include Truffle, Heibi (dried shrimp), Satay, Thai Chili Mayo, Basil, and Tamarind.
  3. Over the Moon Gai Yang ($15): A modern take on a Thai street-food classic, this dish highlights CP Selection’s antibiotic-free chicken, which has space-safe certification. It’s grilled to perfection and served with a tangy dipping sauce.
  4. Siam Drumlets ($12): CP’s Roasted Hot Wings are seasoned with Thai herbs to give them a zesty and aromatic flavor that pairs perfectly with the exotic Thai spices.
  5. Coconutty Chicken Salad ($19): For a refreshing twist, CP’s chilled chicken leg is marinated with coconut milk, bringing out a creamy richness. Kaffir lime leaves, mint, red onion, red chilli, and peanuts add a burst of flavor.
  6. The New Orleans Ribs ($4): This new menu addition offers four pieces of lip-smacking CP Roasted New Orleans Chicken Ribs, providing an affordable but indulgent treat.

    Thai Pandan Dream
  7. Thai Pandan Dream ($16): A pandan-flavored bread pudding generously covered with CP’s new Pandan Custard, coming in 2025, and topped with decadent gula melaka syrup.
  8. 555 Gai ($18): An irresistible combination of fried beancurd and CP Chicken Cake, served with HUE’s special in-house sauce, offering a blend of crunch and savory goodness.

    The New Mini Ebi Katsu
  9. The New Mini Ebi Katsu ($4): Featuring a shrimp patty fried to golden perfection, this dish pairs perfectly with HUE’s tamarind sauce for a bite that’s both crispy and succulent.

A Sneak Peek at CP’s Upcoming Innovations

The pop-up also provides a sneak peek into CP’s future product releases. Diners will have the exclusive opportunity to try items that will be launched in 2025, such as the Sam Gler sauce. The event will also introduce the CP Pandan Custard, used in the popular Thai Pandan Dream, which will officially roll out next year.

This is your chance to experience CP’s innovative approach to food, whether you’re indulging in the creamy coconut-marinated chicken or biting into the crispy shrimp katsu.

Celebrating 40 Years of Culinary Excellence

From its early days as Quickbite in 1984 with just six products to becoming the household name CP in 2004, the brand has steadily grown into Singapore’s top choice for processed chicken and dumpling products. CP’s success lies in its fully integrated Feed-to-Table approach, where every step of the farming and production process is controlled in-house, ensuring that consumers receive food that is safe, high-quality, and delicious.

What sets CP apart is its ability to innovate while maintaining quality. The brand made waves in the food industry by launching CP Selection chicken, the first Thai raw chicken certified for space travel, meeting one of the world’s strictest food safety standards. Now, CP is leading the way in incorporating AI and digital technology into its operations, improving farm efficiency and food safety.
