The Sambal Petai with Ikan Bilis (S$15.20) sees the pungent but nutritious beans tossed with Soup Restaurant’s highly popular sambal chilli. Fried anchovies and sliced onions each contribute a delightful crunch.
Continue the indulgence with the Sweet & Sour Chicken (S$11.70), an all-time favourite dish for both kids and adults. Featuring fresh chicken thigh and capsicum, this dish boasts hints of fruity sweetness, courtesy of fresh tomatoes and pineapple chunks.
XO Vermicelli PrawnTo make the broth of the XO Vermicelli Prawn (S$17.80), fresh prawn heads, dried scallops and XO sauce are cooked over low heat for over four hours. Then, the vermicelli is cooked in it, with every strand absorbing the flavourful broth.
