The minimalist theatre-café has a stadium style seating allowing a view of the coffee stage from every angle that is deliberately casual and free of barriers. Well-known in the specialty coffee industry for making good baristas even better, the 3D printed custom casing may even hypnotize you with its eye-catching design.
Launching its Latte Art Factory, Guerilla Coffee uses Singapore’s first barista approved, fully-automated milk steaming and frothing system to prepare your drinks and features a main menu of classic espresso-based beverages catering to the diverse palates of coffee lovers.
Guests can choose between the rich and nutty Guerilla No.2 or the floral and sweet Guerilla No.1 espresso blends for their drinks. To fully savour the dominant taste of the coffees, all servings will contain double shots of espresso.
The classics such as hot Cappuccino ($6) and Cafe Latte ($6), are available or enjoy them chilled in the form of an Iced Latte ($7) or Iced Mint Mocha ($8.20).
Take your tastebuds for a thrilling taste of the two Guerilla Coffee signatures. The first is Iced Black Mint ($7), a double shot of Guerilla No.2 espresso enhanced with fresh mint grown by Comcrop, Singapore’s first rooftop urban farm.
The second is Home ($8), a re-imagined local kopi variation that contains a double ristretto shot of Guerilla No.2 paired with a hint of condensed milk, pepper and salt.
With a range of original espresso-based signature drinks, Guerilla Coffee’s Marmalade Mocha ($8), and Mayan Mocha ($8) are also worth trying.
For those who prefer things a little sweeter, delicious affogatos like the Marmalade Mocha Affogato ($9.50) and Chocolate Crumble Affogato ($9.50) along with quality pastries from $3 are also available.
