Since its opening in 2021, Bucketta has steadily gained a following of loyal patrons with its fresh seafood buckets prepared with a variety of delectable sauces and marinated fresh seafood plates.

With the launch of their latest outlet at E!Hub Downtown East, look forward to a curated lineup of savoury Italian pasta dishes that bring a distinct touch of Thai flavours and more.

To begin, diners can look forward to dishes like the ever-popular Baked Thai Reang Leaves (Pak Liang) with Mozzarella Cheese ($10) for that picturesque cheese pull.

For meaty goodness, try the Thai favorite Kor Moo Yang ($14), which showcases slices of pork neck meticulously grilled to deliver a tender and flavourful bite.

For those seeking a taste of the ocean, Bucketta’s raw marinated seafood dishes serves up fresh cuts of seafood marinated in Bucketta’s signature blend.

L-R: Salmon & Prawn Marinate; Marinated Sashimi Crab Roe

Complemented with chopped garlic and bird’s eye chilies, the Salmon & Prawn Marinate ($35) offers thick and uncompromising cuts of fresh salmon and fresh tiger prawns while the crowd favourite Marinated Sashimi Crab Roe ($49) is an explosive mouthful of umami goodness with its creamy crab roe that is best paired with rice.

Fans of pasta can order the Green Curry Penne with Thai Herb Chicken ($18) with bold flavours and topped with a generous cut of tender chicken and slices of seared eggplant.

A visit to Bucketta is not complete without digging into their signature Seafood Bucket. Fill the bucket with a minimum of 5 ingredients such as mud crab, Alaskan crab legs, Boston lobster, crayfish, tiger prawn, scallops, black mussels and fresh whole squid, complemented by a range of palate cleansers such as German sausage, corn, potatoes, and broccoli.

The bucket of seafood is then prepared with one of Bucketta’s five signature sauces: Thai Cajun, Thai Egg Curry, Garlic Butter, Thai Black Pepper and Spicy Mala, before being poured out at the table in a mountain of steaming decadence.

To celebrate the launch of its latest outpost, enjoy an unrivaled Seafood Bucket Buffet Promotion at E!Hub Downtown East. Available at $59.90++ per pax for lunch and $69.90++ per pax for dinner for up to 90 minutes per seating, order up to three steaming buckets of freshly prepared seafood in either the Thai Cajun or Garlic Butter sauce.

Buffet-goers can also enjoy a free flow of Hoegaarden beer or specialty drinks like Thai Milk Tea alongside a variety of sides with options such as Spicy Yum Salmon (limited to one order only), French Fries with Cajun Sauce and Grilled Crab Meat Fish Cake Wrapped in Lemongrass.

L-R: Thai Kaya Creme Brulee; Panna Cotta with Red Ruby

No meal is complete without dessert, so end a visit to Bucketta on the sweetest of notes with Bucketta’s signature creation Thai Kaya Creme Brulee ($8) or the vibrant Panna Cotta with Red Ruby ($8).
