“We didn’t want to launch just another sub shop. So we jazzed up the menu and added a grill and a meat slicer so that every sandwich can either be grilled or sliced-to-order.” explains Deelish Brands Group CEO, Moe Ibrahim. Blimpie Singapore marks the brand’s first location in Asia and will be positioned as a fast-casual concept, where halal deli meats are sliced to order. The bread is baked daily and there are farm to fork chicken items available as well.
Most of the sandwiches come with provolone cheese, a delicious Italian cheese that has been aged for a minimum of four months, along with high quality cheddar and Swiss cheese options.
